TRANSFER POLICY

Please review our ticket policy before proceeding.

There is a $20/ticket transfer fee for all CabbageCon 2023 weekend passes. Star Eyed Events will not be responsible for the transfer of the value of the ticket itself. No refund will be issued for transferred passes. The deadline to transfer passes is March 3, 2023.

Instructions:

1. Follow the link at the bottom of this page to our third-party ticket manager.
2. Apply the following coupon: XFER23
3. Indicate the number of tickets you intend to transfer and press the order now button.
4. Fill out the transfer form. Please note the original purchaser must be the one requesting the transfer, or have given full permission for another person to request the transfer on the purchaser’s behalf.

• If you need a copy of your ticket, please email us from the email you used to purchase and/or register the ticket.

Ready to transfer your Empire City Con 2023 pass? Please remember that YOU must handle the actual transfer of money for the value of the ticket itself– Star Eyed Events will not issue any refunds for transferred tickets.
